ECB Leaves Interest Rates Unchanged As Expected

UPDATE: Brusseles, Oct.4, stock picks .- UPDATE: The ECB's October interest rate decision was just released, and refi and deposit rates were left on hold, as expected. The benchmark refi rate remains at 0.75 percent and the deposit rate stays at 0 percent. Spanish and Italian 10-year government bond yields rose slightly (about four basis points) on the announcement.
