Friday's Biggest Gaining and Declining Stocks

Stock Tips. Friday was a bad day for Wall Street. Not only because it showed a significant drop in the main indices. The most serious is that they broke some important support levels. This happened mainly in the S & P 500 and Russell 2000. This gave rise to a large number of stocks experienced falls in their prices.  Also allows anticipated that this fall may continue for the next week. Shares of the following companies made notable moves in U.S. premarket trading Friday:

DigitalGlobe Inc. (NYSE: DGI +13.46%) rallied 29% after GeoEye Inc. (Nasdaq: GEOY +3.00%) said it proposed to acquire the satellite imagery company in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $792.3 million.
